Hick hair is the dream of every girl but they are not given to every one of us. There are some natural ingredients that can prove hand in making our hair thick and strong. We can follow some rules that can end up in thicker hair. Here they are:

Vitamin E


Vitamin E is the power source of our hair. Vitamin E helps in the growth of hair so it is must to include it in our daily diet.

Best sources: olive oil, almond Tofu, soybean oil, sunflower oil, cereals.

Protein-rich food



Our hair is made of a certain protein which is known as “keratin”. Therefore, we should follow a protein-rich diet to improve our current hair conditions and appearance.

Best source: soybean, tofu, chicken, eggs, kidney beans.



Another easy tip on how to grow thicker hair is to make use of henna leaves. Henna leaf will make your hair softer, thicker, less prone to breakage.

You just need to mix a proper amount of henna powder with water to create a paste with a yogurt-like consistency.

Let the henna paste stay aside overnight.

The next morning, add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and a raw egg to this mixture.

Use the mixture to apply directly onto your hair and let it stay until it totally gets dried.

Last, rinse your hair off with clean water and shampoo as usual.

Essential oils


Mix all the essential oils:

Grapeseed oil – tsp

Jojoba oil – ½ tsp

Rosemary oil – 3 drops

Lavender oil – 3 drops

Atlas cedarwood oil – 2drops

Thyme oil – 2 drops

Use this mixed oil to massage your scalp at night in about two or three minutes. Let it stay overnight. The next morning, rinse your hair off with clean water.
