DIY mousse to de-stress your skin

In your busy schedule, you might forget to take care of your skin. Along with you, your skin also becomes stressed and turns dull and blotchy. To take good care of your skin and relieve it from the stress, you can easily make a mousse to make it glow it again and look gorgeous and fresh.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (Mashed well)

  • 5 Tablespoons raw honey

  • 5 Tablespoons flour

  • 1 Tablespoon water

How to make it

  • Mix the ingredients into a mousse except water.

  • Now add a little water.

  • Depending upon the consistency of the mousse, you can add some more water.

How to apply

Apply it to your face and leave it for around 10 minutes. After that just wash it and apply some moisturizer to keep your skin healthy.

  • Mashed banana contains Vitamin A and E. These are quite helpful in making your skin glow and treating flakiness.

  • The heavy cream also contains elastin that will give your skin a smooth finish.
