DIY Strong and Healthy Nails

Do you pay attention only to your skin and hair? Do you think applying nail paint is enough for your nails? You are unfortunately mistaken girl. Strength of your nails is very important if you don’t want to cry over broken nails quite often.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps – fine grain sea salt

  • 2 drops – lemon essential oil or some lemon juice

  • 2 drops – frankincense essential oil

  • 32 drops – myrrh essential oil

  • 2 drops – wheat germ oil (optional)

Procedure

The procedure is quite simple. All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients in a bowl of warm water. After that soak your lovely nails in that solution for 10-15 minutes. After that clean with a towel and apply a moisturizing cream.

Repeat it at least twice a week and you will notice the results soon. Enjoy your strong and beautiful nails.
