Sometimes for burger, sometimes for ice-cream, or even for pizza or chole bhature…you just can’t resist to make your taste buds feel the delicious taste of foods that are not at all healthy for your body. So here are some useful tips to have a control on your cravings.
A power nap
Generally you crave when you are tired. After a power nap, you will be energized again.
Craving and hunger are two different things. Craving won’t last for more than 10-15 minutes. So just distract yourself till then by listening to music, talking to someone etc.
You can brush your teeth or use a mouth wash. It will help you feel not eating like anything.
Only a small quantity is OK
If you surrender to your craving, then only go for a very small quantity. After that, do exercise for at least 15 min extra.
You need to start your day with oatmeal. It will produce satiety hormones and you will remain craving free for several hours.
Think about consequences
Whenever you feel like surrendering to your craving, you should feel bad about the consequences.
You need to really careful before giving in to your cravings. You can remain in the best body shape only if you take a proper diet and good exercise or yoga. These cravings are the worst enemy of your health so try your best to beat them.
