How to reduce face weight


Along with your body weight, you need to control your face fat also. Your face should look fit and pretty. Here are some simple steps that you can take in order to reduce your face weight.

Jaw release exercise


This exercise is very simple and it will keep your cheekbones in shape. It is effective in reducing your double chin too.

Lifting your cheeks


You chubby cheeks can get into a good shape by a simple wide smile along with lifting your cheek fat with your hands. This will stretch and strain your cheeks and the fat will gradually reduce in a few days.

Chin lift


This is probably the best way to reduce double chin. It helps to stretch most of the muscles of your face. You need to repeat it at least 20 times a day.

Fish face


It is the best facial exercise. This exercise helps in toning and stretching the cheek muscles and reducing the flabbiness. Simply suck in your cheeks and lips as we use to do as kids and form a fish face, now try smiling, hold the posture for 5 seconds

Blowing air


It might sound a bit funny to you! But it actually helps. Blowing air into a balloon puts lot of strain on your facial muscles which results in reduction of fat.

Keeping yourself hydrated


Drink lots of water which will keep your body hydrated and will help you to keep your skin and muscles healthy.

Say no to sugar


Foods with high sugar and fat content are harmful for your face weight. Instead you should eat more fruits and vegetables.

You should also avoid smoking and drinking for a beautiful face!
